According to Rujata, Kareena Kapoor diet plan was messy owing to her 21 day shoot for the movie “Short Term Shadi” after which she had the “Ra.One” song where she had to fit in a sexy white dress that needs her body to tone accordingly.

The chart was made according to her schedule in various places like; Kareena had a Mumbai diet plan to follow on her return to the city, another for her stay in Las Vegas, yet another for the 24-hours long flight she had from Mumbai to Las Vegas via London and lastly for her Mumbai return after the shoot ended.

The irregularities of stay made the Kareena Kapoor diets plan difficult to follow especially the one made for her Las Vegas stay. The later plan had two different diet charts for 10 days one defined for the day time while the other for the nights.

Kareena Kapoor lost five kilos for the “Chammak Challo” song of Ra.One but the path for losing the extras and getting the fit and fabulous look was not easy.
