Rujata Divekar, Kareena Kapoor’s dietician has bought Kareena a long way from her healthy look to the bikini sexy appearance of Tashan and is now helping her to tone her body for one of her song in the movie Ra.One titled “Chammak Challo”.

For the perfect look Rujata framed three different diet plans for Kareena necessary to follow. According to Rujata, Kareena Kapoor diet plan was messy owing to her 21 day shoot for the movie “Short Term Shadi” after which she had the “Ra.One” song where she had to fit in a sexy white dress that needs her body to tone accordingly.

The chart was made according to her schedule in various places like; Kareena had a Mumbai diet plan to follow on her return to the city, another for her stay in Las Vegas, yet another for the 24-hours long flight she had from Mumbai to Las Vegas via London and lastly for her Mumbai return after the shoot ended.

The irregularities of stay made the Kareena Kapoor diets plan difficult to follow especially the one made for her Las Vegas stay. The later plan had two different diet charts for 10 days one defined for the day time while the other for the nights.

Difficulties of Kareena Kapoor diet plans for Ra.One

Kareena Kapoor lost five kilos for the “Chammak Challo” song of Ra.One but the path for losing the extras and getting the fit and fabulous look was not easy.

Kareena Kapoor had a strict plan to follow which had many difficulties especially when she was in Las Vegas. In LV it was difficult for getting appropriate food ingredients necessary to match the plan but she managed to run it very well.

Kareena Kapoor diet plan started from 4 am where she have to consume liquids like milk shakes or milk along with some light food following it in few hours that was enough to sustain the enthusiasm in her. Another difficulty in the her diet routine was her scene for the movie “Short Term Shadi” where she had to eat several pancakes topped with maple syrup all in one time. Rujata made kareena work very hard for the pancake sin and perfectly managed it in the coming day’s routine.

In UK Kareena managed to get perfect meal packed for her 24 hour flight by one of her fan in the lounge.

The three distinct diet plans for Kareena from Las Vegas to Mumbai includes following things.
  • Kareena's Las Vegas diet- this diet chart was all vegetarian starting from morning bananas, cereals and milk; afternoon plan included protein through a slice of cheese and dinner included heavy items like Pizzas, Pasta, Risotto and rice with soups like tomato.
  • Kareena’s flight diet- the chart had items like Parathas, Daal and rice in regular intervals along with lots of water and dry fruits.
  • Kareena’s Mumbai diet on the sets of Ra.One- it included lots of protein items like Makhaana (lotus seed), rice and curd.
